Refund policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Hero+, we understand sometimes this may not be the case and if you’re not happy you can simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we’ll provide an exchange or refund providing the product has not been opened or consumed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account.

If there is an issue with regards to the quality or the product please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem which could also result in a refund if the problem is found to be a genuine product defect. Any faulty product should be returned to us, by Recorded Delivery with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, to the below address and the products will be inspected. If a fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@heroplus.co.uk.
